N.b:- The owner of feysel general trading has long time traditional musk production experience from his families. Mission statement Feysel general trading mission is to - Our company aimed to share the production distribution and over all benefits of musk from international and domestic market. {The existing export of musk only covers 22 percent of the international demand (Kumera, 2005) and civet cat farming is identified among potential investment opportunities in Ethiopia. - Create and cultivate long term relationship with Clint. - Respond immediately to the changing needs of our clients. - Improve our production system continuously. - Maintain professional relationship with our customers. Vision The vision at feysel general trading is producing and providing good quality musk {start doing by providing adequate nutrition, good handling housing moreover, kept civet cats in a good conditions.} to the market. Civet musk is collected from civet cats which are classified among mammalian species. Civet cat farming is an ancient practice in Ethiopia and even today civet musk is an important export commodity (Abebe, 2003). Civet cats are naturally wild in Ethiopia (Dannenfeldt, 1985); however, it was estimated that more than 200 farms with about 4000 civets in captivity found in Ethiopia (FAO, 2000). Our company feysel general trading owner Mr. feysel family {grandfather, father and also other relatives} was produced musk traditionally for several years. That experience makes our company to accomplish and doing well in the area of musk production. Even though some perfume manufacturers now use only synthetic musk (Clive, 2007). Feysel general trading has planned to produce civet tone (refined compound of civet musk) that is more preferable by high quality perfume industries in the near future.
